Lewitt Associates takes over RealLife HR

Lewitt Associates, Inc. a human resources services company offering worldwide services, has acquired RealLife HR, a well-known provider of benefits management services. The merger will aid Lewitt in providing a range of outsourcing services and solutions to middle-market companies. "Combining with RealLife HR enables us to build on the success we've already achieved serving large employers," observed Jay Rising, president of Hewitt's HR outsourcing business. A national leader in benefits management automation and outsourcing services, RealLife HR simplifies and mechanizes benefits communications, enrollment, and administration. The company provides human resources, health care, payroll, and retirement programs to more than 340 companies, millions of employees, and retirees across the globe.

Century City Doctors Hospital forges alliance with Medversant Technologies
Century City Doctors Hospital, Los Angeles's new acute care hospital with more than 440 physicians, has entered into a strategic alliance with Medversant Technologies, LLC. The move will help the hospital in setting standards for advanced web-based management of healthcare practitioner credentialing and human resources data for its medical staff and employees. Century City Doctors Hospital can now find its practitioner and employee databases at one centralized loacation: Medversant's OneSource™ solution. Matthew Haddad, CEO of Medversant, declared, "By centralizing and automating credentialing and related human resources processes, redundant data repositories are eliminated, resulting in costs savings, better information and better patient care." Previously, Century City applied different standards to credentialing physicians and employees of the hospital, resulting in wastage of time and resources.

Bristow Group hires Hilary Ware as VP, global human resources
Bristow Group Inc., a renowned provider of helicopter services to the worldwide offshore energy industry, has appointed Ms. Hilary Ware as vice president of global human resources. Bristow stands to gain from Ware's extensive experience and knowledge in global human resources at the executive level. Previously, Ware was associated with BHP Billiton Petroleum, the multinational oil & gas exploration and production division of BHP Billiton as its vice president of human resources. She also worked for Hanover Compressor Company, an international gas compression company. Commenting on the appointment of Ware, William E. Chiles, president and chief executive officer of Bristow Group, said, "Hilary has lived and worked in Europe, Russia, Australia, Africa, and the Middle East, and we believe her international experience and perspective will be very beneficial to Bristow as we seek to grow our operations worldwide."
