You need to have strong leadership skills because you will set an example for the entire organization. Your communication should be elite because you will need to speak with management, staff, vendors, legal advisors, and other people on a daily basis. If you cannot communicate appropriately and legally then this is not the position for you. The most important thing about communication with a job like this is that you need to know the legal and politically correct way to speak at all times. This should come naturally to you and you should have strong knowledge of the law and these things.
