Some employers prefer not to advertise their open positions on any job boards. As a HR graduate, you are expected to look on their individual site and be active in your search for employment. They know that a recent human resources graduate will be looking for jobs on their sites so they are not worried about not getting qualified applicants.

By looking over their site you will also gain some very important knowledge about the company itself. You will be able to find out what their major source of revenue is. You can also find out if the staff works in a union environment or not. The responsibilities of a human resources employee can vary greatly if the facility is unionized.
