Human resource personnel are the vital position in an organization as they perform the role of a virtual bridge between the employees and the management. Job Profile of a HR Professional

An HR executive is responsible for performing various roles such as supervision of recruitment, training and development, employee welfare, payroll, and finally and most importantly, increasing the energy level of the employees and boosting the employee morale. HR is also responsible for increasing the productivity of the employees over a long period of time.

This role deals with the various processes involved in recruitment, which translates into getting new manpower for the company. The HR recruitment executive will have to screen eligible candidates in the job portals, and then make calls to them and subsequently shortlist them for an interview. This position is target based and highly based on the business you can generate. Apart from the basic salary an HR recruitment executive is also entitled to commissions based on his performance. They will be getting about 5% to 15% commission for every recruitment he initiates when he starts performing consistently.

Requirements

Academics

The candidates should have a Masters in MBA, specializing in HR. If a graduate then he should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Skill Sets

Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, basic computer knowledge, and should have a good pleasing personality.

Training

Candidates who have done some training in an HR-related field are greatly appreciated.

Prior Experience

Bachelor's degree holder candidates need to have at least 2 years of experience.

The compensation offered for this avenue of HR is $ 25K to $ 30K.
