HR Analyst Jobs or Human Resource Analyst jobs are related to the human resource and recruitment industry wherein the primary task is to interview and recruit prospective candidates. The HR Analyst oversees the effective implementation of human resource programs, manages the compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training and personnel/payroll transactions for the organization. The HR Analyst also implements personal policies and procedures for the staff of the organization. The HR Analyst provides knowledgeable counsel to employees interprets and applies HR practices, procedures, and policies. He or she serves as key interface with assigned business area management providing various reports and analysis.
The requirements for being an HR Analyst:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Associate degree may be considered if candidate has strong work experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Typically requires 5-8 prior years as HR Associate, Business Associate, or HRIS Associate.
