The position of the HR Specialist involves all aspects of recruitment from taking the brief to advertising, interviewing, and reference checking, but restricted to a specialized field. HR Specialists are highly involved with managers and agencies pertaining to their field. This job of a HR executive is a basic HR role and can usually involve a variety of generalist HR activities, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Sometimes, the position of the HR Specialist usually assesses the overall company requirements in respect of training needs, appropriate training programs sourcing and individual development needs. HR Specialists also have to ensure that high quality procedures are in place, and in accordance with legislative and company policy governing recruitment and selection. The HR Specialists are usually associated with private HR firms or work under contracts from companies who outsource their HR and recruitment work to him.
This position of the HR Specialist requires at least 12 months experience minimum in the specialized field. These roles are areas requiring technical knowledge including IT, science, and engineering.
