In today's business world, each organization adopts its own micro-culture. What is it like to work for Raycom Media, Inc.? Does the organization have a dress code? Are the people friendly or reserved? Is the organizational hierarchy more egalitarian, or is it highly stratified?
I worked at a Raycom station in Ohio for almost 5 years and it was the worst place I ever worked at in my entire life. You could not leave any of your personal belongings unattended because somebody would steal it and they had no lockers for employees. People wre very unprofessional in dress and attitude. they would steal stories or try to take credit for your work. gossip was ramped and you could not trust anyone. Management was terrible and disrespectful to subordinates and played favorites. I \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'d only recommend it, only if you were desperate.
