InnoCore is looking for a seasoned HR & Immigration professional with background in HR and US Immigration processes to work at our Irving, TX office.

What You Do:
HR
Work independently with little or no supervision.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices including employee handbook.
Coordinate employee on-boarding including pre-employment verifications, offer letters, completion of new hire paperwork, and facilitation of new employee orientations.
Improve HR processes in support of the business to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop strategies for talent acquisition, selection, development, compensation planning, employee relations, employee engagement and communication
Ensure the company is compliant with all federal, state and local HR laws
Responsible for ensuring positive employee relations and driving employee development
Responsible for the day to day HR administration tasks for the company
Coordinate with accounting concerning payroll, benefits deductions/administration, and employee travel reimbursements.
Payroll and Benefits administration. Coordinate with Insurance agent at the time of renewal for census and enrollment.
Perform other related activities as assigned
Immigration:
Manage and implement immigration related employment laws and procedures.
Coordinate and help company Immigration attorney to file H1 transfers/extensions and Green Card filings.
Ensure compliance with H1 Visas and renewals.
Track LCA and maintain DOL public access files.
Coordinate with employees in getting necessary paper work to file H1 and Green Cards on time.
What's Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3-5 years experience in Human Resources/US Immigration.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and sound HR principles.
Familiarity with business process involved in hiring H1 visa holders, and Green Card sponsoring procedures.
Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations that impact employment.
Experience in all areas of Human Resources including recruiting, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and performance management and employee retention.
Ability to work with and connect with all levels and types of employees.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapidly growing organization.
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and superior organizational skills with a strong attention given to detail.
Demonstrated ability to answer all employee questions on benefits, immigration, HR.
Advanced writing and analytical skills required.
Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office suite (MS-Word, Excel).
Excellent communication skills.
