Monsanto is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the IT HR Strategy Delivery team to provide thought leadership and partnership in the evolution of the HR Reporting space as well as drive the development and execution of our roadmap for HR analytics. HR Reporting Solutions is an integral part of Monsanto’s HR Technology Strategy and seeks to deliver self service reports and analytics that provide meaningful business insight to HR professionals and business leaders at Monsanto.
Responsibilities include:
Manage and execute all steps in delivering a project, including requirements gathering, design, system configuration, testing, rollout, and support
Utilize the SAP HCM, SAP Business Warehouse and Business Objects platforms to support our business partners in the development of new HR analytics and dashboards, resolve operational issues and deliver future enhancements
Participate in projects to plan, design, and implement initiatives that deliver capabilities on the HR Reporting roadmap
Build partnerships with the HR Technology Team and other IT functions to resolve daily support issues and drive project deliverables
Engage with the HR Technology Team, business partners, developers, and vendors to bring timely resolutions to meet compliance and/or new business requirements
Be highly effective in a team environment by leveraging expertise of others to contribute to continuous process improvements through use of best practice solutions
Required skills/experience:
BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years of IT experience
2 years experience with Employee/Organization Master data (SAP HCM)
2 years experience with SAP Business warehouse
2 years experience with SAP Business Objects (web intelligence and xcelsius)
Superior analytical skills and be able to think through complex, multidimensional problems
Able to identify system solutions as well as communicate functional design specifications to vendors or other internal IT resources
Basic statistical analysis skills
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and the ability to work independently in a changing business environment
Demonstrate initiative to identify and act on opportunities for improvement
Have a strong customer focus and able to build and maintain effective relationships with multiple teams
Be results oriented and able to drive issue resolution
