Due to our current growth and planned expansion, we are seeking Recruiters to work as part of our Staffing Group. Prosum Staffing is a contingency firm that provides high potential IT candidates on a contract, contract to hire or permanent placement basis.
Prosum Staffing offers a robust training program to support your success and continued growth. This training is led by our experienced internal team of management and subject matter experts who are skilled and have proven success in the technology recruiting industry.
We are looking for eager, willing and sharp professionals that will be responsible for the following:
Source candidates utilizing the job posting boards, resume spiders, in-house database, referrals, and other resources
Conduct thorough interviews with candidates/consultants
Qualify potential candidates for open positions
Prepare and submit resumes to Account Managers
Coordinate consultant/client interviews
Other duties as assigned
Our ideal candidate will have:
2 or more years of recruiting, sales, or similar experience (such as retail management)
Willingness to do what it takes to be successful
A desire for the ability to control income level with a commissioned role
An entrepreneurial spirit
Strong work ethic with a passion to work hard
A proven track record of networking capabilities
Interest in making an impact in and contribution to our growing staffing organization
A breadth of technical knowledge is highly desirable
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to prioritize and multi-task and in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Being positive, courteous, as well as having a professional attitude under pressure.
Commitment to quality
Solid documentation and computer skills, especially MS Outlook, Word, ATS, etc.
