not provided We are proud to have partnered with a growing financial firm in Chicago. We are seeking a Director of Administration/HR Director. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: . Maintain personnel files, counsel employees on HR and benefit issues, and implement other routine HR processes. . Manage the compensation system to reward performance, maintain a market competitive salary structure, and design incentives that motivate outstanding achievement. . Oversee the company's benefit plans, designing and delivering benefits that balance the needs of employees with the economic impact to the company. . Oversee compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. . Involved in all aspects of strategic planning and projects. Requirements: . Must have experience with Sarbanes Oxely Compliance. . Exp erience at the manager level or higher in human resources (i.e. benefits, administration, compensation, facilities management, etc-) .
