International service industry leader is seeking a payroll professional to oversee their worldwide expatriate payroll. You must be well versed in all components of expatriate payroll and benefits packages, including tax variances. You will generate relevant reports for finance and HR and enter into payroll systems. Position will track expatriates wages, tax filings and ad hoc reports. Candidate will be the point person for communication with employees regarding payroll and benefit items. This position will be responsible for payroll and compensation review and track annual appraisal process. This associate will assist with appropriate logistics including relocations, setting up payroll, benefits and files. You must have a Bachelors Degree, superior organizational and communication skills and have experience in foreign currencies, HRIS systems and be adept at Microsoft Excel and Word. Additional languages would be a plus.
