We are proud to have partnered with a growing financial firm in Chicago. We are seeking a Director of Administration/HR Director. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Maintain personnel files, counsel employees on HR and benefit issues, and implement other routine HR processes. • Manage the compensation system to reward performance, maintain a market competitive salary structure, and design incentives that motivate outstanding achievement. • Oversee the company’s benefit plans, designing and delivering benefits that balance the needs of employees with the economic impact to the company. • Oversee compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. • Involved in all aspects of strategic planning and projects. Requirements: • Must have experience from the financial services industry (prefer direct lending, middle market business, hedge fund, investment management, or private equity industry experience. • Experience at the manager level or higher in human resources (i.e. benefits, administration, compensation, facilities management, etc…) • Bachelor’s Degree from a highly accredited university and MBA preferred!
