We are currently looking for a qualified Organization Development Analyst to join our Organization Development team based in Islandia, NY. This position is responsible for providing support for the design, development and implementation of a wide range of Organization Development (OD) projects, programs and processes that further drive employee and organization development at CA. Key Responsibilities
Provide research, design, development and implementation support for the OD department's key functions, programs, projects, and processes, including: * Performance Management process and system, providing managers and employees with the resources and tools for effective performance management and appraisal. * Management and Leadership Development processes, systems and training, providing a company-wide approach to development management while offering a variety of learning approaches, e.g., e-learning, instructor-led, etc., to help employees, managers and leaders develop personal, management and leadership capability. * Succession Management process and system, providing effective leadership identification and development processes, including leadership assessments, candidate selection processes, rotational assignments, leadership forums, mentoring, coaching, executive education, action learning, 360-degree feedback, etc. * High Potential Management process and system, providing effective early leadership identification and development processes. * Employee opinion survey process, including survey design, implementation, management, reporting and action planning to improve overall satisfaction and levels of employee engagement. * Career Management process and system, enabling employees to assess career development needs and identify potential future opportunities, and ensuring managers have the necessary resources to become effective career coaches. * Outplacement services, for effective support of employees when exiting CA due to business restructuring. * Organization Development initiatives, in general, in support of business objectives.
Work Experience
2 years of Organizational Development experience. Skills
Basic knowledge of, and ability to apply, OD (I/O) theory, principles and practices in the majority of the following areas: • Research methods and statistics • Performance management and appraisal • Training design and development Employee selection and assessment • Survey design and development • Interview and focus group design • Psychological assessment • Employee research Basic skill in: • Research and data analysis • Report writing • Applying SPSS or other data-analysis applications • Application of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Key Personal/interpersonal skills, beyond Core Values and Role behaviors: • Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing demands and requirements • Working cooperatively • High degree of conscientiousness
Education
Typically requires a Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology, Organization Development, or a related advanced degree program.
