- Immediate opening for a Senior HR Assistant to assist in processing personnel documents, employment information requests, and related correspondence. - Inputs records and helps to ensure accuracy and completeness of those records in company software. - Helps to compile and maintain reports and/or spreadsheets. Completes additional duties as assigned. Requirements: - Associates Degree or Equivalent (High School diploma with relevant experience). - Excellent data entry skills a must. - Proficiency in basic Microsoft products including: Excel, Word, and Access. - ADP Enterprise skills a plus. - At least 2-3 years working in a similar environment. - Must be detail oriented and be able to work independently as well as a self starter. - Good communication skills required.
