The successful candidate may also be involved in areas such as recruitment, employee development, policy development and implementation, workforce and succession planning, employee and labor relations, affirmative action plan, benefits and compensation, and special projects. Requirements: Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration; 5 years professional or supervisory experience in Human Resources required, or, without a degree, a minimum of 10 years experience required. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) highly preferred.
