Required * High School Diploma/GED * At least 2 years experience in Knowledge of Agency structure, culture, occupations and HR service delivery environment * At least 2 years experience in Customer relations for strategic, tactical, and transactional HR management * Security clearance of Top Secret (TS/SCI) - Active * Readiness to travel up to 75%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends * U.S. citizenship required * English: Fluent Preferred * Bachelor's Degree * At least 5 years experience in Knowledge of Agency structure, culture, occupations and HR service delivery environment * At least 2 years experience in Program management experience * At least 2 years experience in HR management/development * At least 2 years experience in Develop and implement HR processes and programs * At least 5 years experience in Customer relations for strategic, tactical, and transactional HR management * At least 2 years experience in Job analysis and/or job classification processes and procedures * At least 2 years experience in Experience in change management strategy and implementation * At least 2 years experience in Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategy and implement a workforce communications plan * At least 2 years experience in Skilled in providing briefings/presentations to employees at all levels * Security clearance of Top Secret (TS/SCI-CI Poly) - Active * Security clearance of Top Secret (TS/SCI) Full Scope or Lifestyle Polygraph - Active IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
