Job Posting Title Recruiting Coordinator Start Date 07/22/2009 Reference Code 982e674a-0cba-cd51-e100-000018282f21 Job Title Recruiting Coordinator Tasks • Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a quality candidate experience to include communicating with applicants, coordinating and implementing the new hire process, initiating relocation where applicable, and coordinating the internal applicant process from verification of eligibility through transfer to a position. • Schedules interviews and assists recruiters with candidate reference checks. • Ensures seamless onboarding for all new hires by administering new hire orientation and completing all new hire paperwork. Partners with hiring managers to ensure new employees have appropriate IT and facilities needs prior to the start of the first day. • Facilitates the job posting process including internal/external job postings, content for advertisements/web presence, and the maintenance of job requisition folders for 100% compliance. • Manages all recruitment metrics including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for HR business partners, business management teams, and finance. • Assists in the research, development, and continual assessment of recruiting events, outreach sources, and additional sourcing opportunities. • Assists with recruitment events such as job fairs and open houses and maintains career fair inventory. • Ensure that adequate supplies for Recruitment team are available at all times including: interview material, new hire packets, job fair materials, giveaways and office supplies. • Initiates, tracks, communicates status and maintains drug and background checks for all new hires. • Facilitates co-op and intern programs when required. • Assists HR representatives with planning and implementing employee communications and engagement programs, performance management and compensation processes, training and development programs, and employee appreciation/recognition programs. • Tracks and processes invoices, employee referrals, and HR/Recruiting expenses. • Partners with Recruiters and HR representatives on special projects. • Other duties as assigned. • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
Requirements • BS/BA in Human Resources, Business or an applicable discipline • 1+ years experience in HR environment; recruiting environment strongly preferred. • Experience within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and/or software development company is preferred. • Strong computer aptitude including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP HR applications preferred. • Self-starter who is assertive and takes initiative, needing little supervision • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional, businesslike manner • Willingness to work overtime as needed
