SENSA Solutions is looking for HR professionals. The individuals should have at least 10 years of federal HR experience in at least 2 subject matters preferably employment/staffing. Experience working as a strategic partner to the client advising on the management of their workforce. Balances conflicting priorities, communicates HR policies and processes well, and is able to work well with senior level officials. Translating high level conversations from senior officials of reorganizations to lack of skill in their workforce for HR specialist to execute is a must and needs to be demonstrated in past performance.
SENSA Solutions is rapidly expanding its Human Capital Management practice. We offer exciting opportunities for experienced HR professionals looking to leverage their expertise and become a part of a dynamic and growing team of consultants. Candidates should have at least 8-10 years of Federal HR experience with a minimum of two areas of specialization (i.e. employment/staffing/workforce planning and shaping, HR strategy and consulting). Ideal competencies include:
•proven ability to balance the conflicting priorities and expectations of management and the workforce,
•Thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.
•Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within organizations.
•The ability to identify and articulate gaps between workforce capacity and the core capabilities necessary to accomplish agency missions.
•Organizational Diagnostic skills and strategy formulation
•Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
•Consulting experience at all levels and the ability to influence decision makers
•Implementation and execution of programs, initiatives, and policy
•Assessment of Return on Investment
•A strong and trusted network within the federal space of other HR professionals and subject matter experts
•The ability to work independently while integrating seamlessly into multiple teams
•Demonstrated flexibility and resourcefulness in solving HR challenges
