Our Roanoke, Va office is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist-Administrator with full range HR responsibilities including, but not limited to, employee relations, policy administration, performance management, safety and drug free work place program administration, assistance with EEO and regulatory/legal compliance, and reporting and analysis pertaining to human resources functions and will also backup other HR functions such as benefits administration, Recruitment and miscellaneous HR duties. The qualified candidate will be a self-motivated, organized, critical thinker, with strong attention to detail and follow through. They must have strong communication and presentation skills as well as maintain a high level of professionalism, credibility, and confidentiality. The position will: Support employee relations functions including disciplinary actions, investigations, employee surveys, exit interviews, and recognition programs Provide support and counsel to supervisors, management, and employees regarding policy interpretation and compliance with regulations/laws Assist with implementing new and revised policies, procedures, manuals and forms Administer, coordinate and/or implement new and revised HR programs Coordination of safety and DFWP programs Identify, analyze, and report trends to corporate office Qualified candidates must have A minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience, with a focus on Employee Relations and policy administration.
