Position Description: We have an immediate openings for a healthcare recruiter/business development specialist. Our recruiter will work from home to help our clients find their next great employee and our candidates find a suitable match in an employer.
To join our team you must possess: - Experience cold-calling - Presentable motivated self-starter - A goal driven personality with a need-to-win attitude - Excellent communication and organizational skills - The ability to work independently and as part of a team - Honesty and a strong work ethic - Strong networking and relationship building skills
*** You will be required to make a minimum of 75 cold calls per day, Mon- Fri***
Skills / Requirements * Minimum of 2 year recruiting/staffing experience * Experience with full cycle recruiting preferred * Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred * Must enjoy the challenge of 100% commission. Average recruiters can easily make $25,000 - $50,000/yr or more. * Minimum home office PC requirements include: * Windows XP or Vista operating system * MS Office Standard Suite including Word, Outlook and Excel (2003 or newer) * Anti-Virus and Anti-Spy software * 2.0 GHz processor (or greater) * 1.5 MB memory (or greater) * High Speed internet connection is a must!
