stration and maintenance of HRIS * Administration of Lead Trainer Program * Administration of insurancebenefit programs - LOA, FMLA, WC, Unemployment - Process monthly related reports * Monthly Turnover Reporting * Maintenance of Associate Personnel and Benefit files * Assist with reward and recognition programs * Assist the HRD in planning and executing associate events * Responsible for ER issues, serve as associate resource for conflict management * Work with Associate Committee and assist with program * Assist with performance appraisal process * Manage termination process * Handle special projects as assigned by the HRD * Other duties as assigned
