If an organization offers multiple products or provides the wrong product, they fail. Everything is about supply and demand and you need to offer that which is most wanted and that which you specialize in and are popular for. For instance, if the Apple Company suddenly decided to go into the business of manufacturing All Terrain Vehicles, then it would most likely lose its core group of IPhone and MacBook customers. You need to keep your product in clear view at all times. There is nothing more important than the product you are offering. Never lose sight of what product you are offering, what your strength is, and what makes you unique.
