Staffing Manager Jobs
A staffing manager develops business with new and existing customers in addition to networking for new leads. A staffing manager recruits, hires, trains, supervises, and develops branch staff in an effort to create strong team members who contribute to the success and growth of the company. A staffing manager initiates daily communication with recruiting staff relative to customer service priorities and business opportunities. A staffing manager monitors customer satisfaction as well as the satisfaction of field employees. A staffing manager handles general human resources functions such as compensation, fair employment practices, and other regulations regarding employment. A staffing manager creates interest and increases the employee pool for potential contract employees. A staffing manager builds relationships with both clients and employees by acting as a sounding board and liaison between facility and staffing networks as needed. A staffing manager selects well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintains ongoing contact with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure both groups receive exceptional customer service.
A staffing manager job typically requires a bachelor’s degree. A staffing manager should have prior staffing industry experience. A staffing manager should be proficient in Excel, Word, Front Page, Access, or other database software. A staffing manager should have good analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are also required.
