SAP/HR Analyst Jobs

An SAP HR analyst supervises the blueprint and configuration for SAP personal development and training and event management. An SAP HR analyst configures and maintains a personal development module -- i.e., maintaining a qualifications (skills and competencies) catalogue; mapping positions, employees, and applicants with qualifications; searching for a suitable successor for a particular position; and assigning career tracks to individual employees. An SAP HR analyst administers all design aspects of SAP HR module configuration and reporting including translating business requirements into functional designs. This includes configuring business objectives, methods, containers, triggering events, and strategies for role resolution. An SAP HR analyst gives guidance on intra-deparmental flow, impact, and dependencies within SAP and coordinates for issue resolution.
An SAP HR analyst position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in management with multiple SAP R/3 implementation experience and core responsibilities in managing SAP HR modules. An SAP HR analyst should have complete SAP Life Cycle implementation experience in HR covering different phases of implementation from business requirement collection, project analysis, process design, configuration, integration testing, power user training, and production support. An SAP HR analyst should be quite adept in business communication and should have exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
