HR Intern Jobs
An HR intern should be able to handle manpower planning, recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and ratings. An HR intern job will also include the planning and execution of employee motivational and welfare activities. An HR intern introduces, evaluates, monitors, and reviews HR and admin policies and makes recommendations for amendments. An HR intern manages human resources functions for the company, including training, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, employee health and wellness, employee development and safety, as well as issues relating to federal, state, and local employment legislation.
For an HR intern job, a bachelor’s degree in HR management is typically required, while a master’s degree and four to eight years of experience are preferred. An HR intern should have demonstrated knowledge of state and federal employment laws, state worker\'s compensation laws, and other regulatory agency standards, in addition to the ability to apply them in operational situations. An HR intern should have the ability to organize, coordinate, and implement all the functions of the HR department.
