Human Resources Manager Jobs

A human resources manager is responsible for managing the HR personnel of a company or organization. The HR manager supervises the posting of job advertisements, screens resumes and applications, and sets up interviews. The HR manager contacts executive recruiters for specialized postings and ensures all records are maintained as well. He or she personally oversees the human resources department’s staff and addresses their issues and complaints.
