Vice President HR Jobs
The Vice-president of HR in an organization acts as the sidekick of the President of HR, although he has to report directly to the CFO or the CEO for implementing strategies related to human resources. The vice-president of HR develops the policies and programs related to HR for the whole company. He assists and advises the senior management on HR-related issues. The vice-president also designs the succession plan of the company.
