An HR information analyst conducts research, analyzes data, and prepares written and statistical reports and recommendations for a variety of human resources issues and topics. An HR information analyst responds to public inquiries in a courteous manner and resolves complaints in an efficient and timely way. An HR information analyst attends and participates in professional group meetings and stays abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of human resources administration.
An HR information analyst position requires a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minimum of two years of working experience in relevant field. An HR information analyst should be meticulous, detailed, well-organized, and able to work independently. Strong proficiency in computer applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
