HR Recruiter Jobs description
The HR Recruiter is accountable for dealing with all aspects of recruitment process throughout the organization, which includes planning, implementing strategies, and developing new and creative recruitment ideas. The individual is in charge of conducting liaison between industries, associations, trade group, and employees. The HR Recruiter also handles administrative duties and record keeping, as well as works with hiring managers on recruitment process. In addition, developing job description is also required along with creating interview patterns for each position. An HR Recruiter also follows-up with the management regularly to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans, create a data of qualified candidates required for each job profile, and build networks to find strong candidates required for a particular post. The professional should communicate with managers and other employees on a regular basis to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source to new candidate leads. Furthermore, posting appointments in newspaper advertisements, utilizing the internet for recruitment process, and creating contacts within the industry are also part of the job.
