The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Understands the practices, mission, principles and values of CRA. Full life-cycle recruiting, to include but not limited to, the candidate selection process (recruiting, screening, interviewing and hiring). Designing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to effectively identify, attract, qualify, recruit and hire talent to meet current and projected needs of the company. Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Performing searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, recruiting firms, employee referrals and other means as required. Screening and referring applicants to hiring manager making hiring recommendations when appropriate. Updating and maintaining staffing spreadsheets as requested. Coordinates company-wide recruiting efforts ensuring that hiring and selection processes are understood and that all CRA project sites have necessary tools. Serve as a liaison with management, staff and external candidates to streamline recruitment procedures and accomplish organizational objectives. Provides training and guidance to hiring managers on policies, process and regulatory issues. Develop, maintain and distribute salary survey information as needed. Provide input and oversight of standardized hiring processes and procedures for all positions. Participate in job fairs, conferences, and other networking events relative to recruiting. Develops and presents recommendations for improvement of employment processes and practices. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications for Recruiting Manager: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Minimum 4 years’ experience in Recruiting. Experience in healthcare recruitment experience is preferred, including physician, nursing, and ancillary support at all levels. HR certification such as PHR\/SPHR or SHRM-CP\/SHRM-SCP preferred. Strong understanding of external resources: job boards\/databases, mining the web, social media, email marketing and cold calling. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills. Occasional travel required.
