Help us get there. \u00a0 In this role, you\u2019ll be responsible for building and leading an onsite and virtual recruitment team. Together, we\u2019re focused on identifying, attracting and hiring top talent into the company using a Talent Advisor model for the U.S. and Canada. You\u2019ll join our team at an exciting stage. Our team is transforming to bring to life a multi-year TA strategic roadmap, so bring your ideas and your energy. Reporting to our Director, Talent Acquisition for North America, and Latin America you\u2019ll work out of our global Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI, on a team and surrounded by people who want to do their best every day. \u00a0 Key Accountabilities: Develop and lead a high performing talent acquisition team of recruiters\/ talent advisors. Share knowledge and best practices within the team and across the organization to ensure that the team is highly effective and valued. Establish a resource strategy that is scalable and appropriately leverages internal and external resources based on business needs. Partner with the business and HR leaders on effective workforce planning, proactive recruitment strategies and market outreach. Drive continuous improvement efforts:Measure and report key talent acquisition organization and individual performance metrics.Assess customer satisfaction and develop plans to continuously monitor and improve the experience of new hires and hiring managers.Identify and implement best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing time to fill and overall cost per hire. Lead a team accountable to achieve the defined business goals in support of our strategy to bring the Connected Enterprise to life.Ensure that team is provided with clear context for assigned responsibilities and overall team goals.Plan for and assign development opportunities for areas of expertise and identified succession management opportunities for direct reports.\u00a0Create clear and defined career development plans for team.Develop and implement a set of performance metrics that define and track performance effectiveness.Create transparency and focus on important initiatives. Contribute to business strategy by helping to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes that will result in identifying and hiring top talent Improve tools and strategies to attract top talent. Identify areas for improvement and cost savings. EOE, M\/F\/Disabled, Vet #LI-MM1 Minimum Qualifications Basic Qualifications University degree in Human Resources, Business or related major. 8 years in Recruitment; 5 years as a manager. Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. \u00a0 Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated success in developing and executing diversity recruitment strategies. Previous experience leading transformation change in a large, complex, global organization. Possess expert knowledge of labor markets, competitive practices and trends, ethical standards & employment laws. Demonstrated ability to communicate talent acquisition processes, successes and challenges to key stakeholders and leaders in a complex, global organization. Strong customer service commitment and skills; focus on constant improvement of the candidate and hiring manager experience Quantitative measurement skills and exposure to continuous improvement methodologies. Experience implementing innovative and rigorous candidate assessment tools and techniques Possession of excellent business acumen and strategic analytical thinking skills. Exceptional leadership, change management and relationship building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Regional travel required.
