The primary function of the Recruiter is to fill client orders within the guidelines of Locate Staffingu2019s Tier System, utilizing problem solving skills to accomplish those goals. In this role you will work closely with Locate Staffingu2019s clients (customers and employees) as well as other team members. Problem solving, management and initiative are skills needed in order to be successful in your role as a Recruiter. Our philosophy of providing impeccable customer service is a must! JOB DUTIES: Daily recruitment of candidates Downloads - contact new applicants immediately (within 4 hours of receiving downloads) to discuss qualifications and determine needs. Set up a time for testing and interviewing. Database u2013 recruit past employees or drop offs. Keep in touch with employees as itu2019s your responsibility to have an understanding of whou2019s who in your database. Recruiting and finding candidates can be tough, itu2019s your responsibility to apply problem solving skills in order to obtain a workforce that is ready to go when orders come in. Fill positions based on the Tier System with qualified candidates Client communication Always respond to client emails and phone calls within an hour unless you are out of the office. If you are unsure of how to answer the question at least indicate you have received their email and will get back to them shortly. References u2013 must be processed immediately (fax or phone). If faxed, manage the process for a 2 day turn around. Temp History Form u2013 information obtained from candidates while interviewing must be entered on the Temp History Form during or immediately after the interview. You must be inquisitive when interviewing, ask probing questions to gain knowledge of what companies are using staffing and when they have used last. Team work u2013 must work closely with sales in order to have an understanding of what is being worked on so you may prepare should the opportunity come available. When asked by management, you should have an understanding of what is being worked on, if you donu2019t know itu2019s your responsibility to find out. Always have an understanding of whatu2019s happening in your branch u2013 candidates, employees, current and potential clients. Must maintain and increase branch revenue taking into consideration drop offs and turnover to maintain branch levels. Understand when and how to recruit, as you will need to maintain a u201creadyu201d database of candidates to fill orders with speed and quality. Housekeeping We want to provide a good first impression! You are responsible for housekeeping duties such as emptying garbage, keeping the office, workstation, and bathroom neat and clean. Bathroom should be cleaned weekly and when more than 1 Team Member is at the branch this is a shared responsibility. CONCLUSION: You should have an understanding of daily expectations for interviews, recruiting calls, filling orders, our core competencies, branch hours, your benefits and policies outlined in our corporate handbook.
