Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who will provide an efficient, effective and positive experience to stakeholders during all stages of the recruiting process. You will be working very closely with our team in order to coordinate and guide candidates through our recruitment process and ensure they have an amazing candidate experience. POSITION SUMMARY

The Recruitment Coordinator will partner directly with recruiters, candidates, HR team members and hiring managers to facilitate and support all phases of the recruiting process. Must have superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively and juggle multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines. Performs work in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity, immigration and company policy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote Prestige reputation as an employer of choice in all interactions, verbal and written. Partnering with members of the Recruitment team to ensure a positive and unique candidate experience is created and maintained.

Manages the new employee on-boarding process for assigned positions including the completion of references, background check, credentials, and other required pre-hire checks. Update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Provide administrative support to all aspects of the recruiting process and special projects as needed.

Provides companywide user access and training for e-verify, applicant tracking system, and background check system. Track and report recruitment department expenditures, electronically reconciling invoices monthly.

Manage print/on-line advertising of open positions across multiple states and facilities.

Provides Applicant Tracking System training and resources to hiring managers, ensure hiring processes and procedures are followed and maintain OFCCP, state, and federal compliance.

Attend and coordinate recruiting-related activities such as professional and college career fairs when needed. Orders and maintains career fair materials for team.

Assist in developing, maintaining and measuring recruitment metrics. Compiles accurate and detailed routine and ad hoc recruiting reports.

Perform monthly Office of Inspector General (OIG) checks for all Prestige employees, assuring that all employees are cleared on sanctioned government and federal programs. Escalates unresolved OIG checks and issues to the appropriate HR Business Partner or Director of HR.

Schedule interviews, creates interview itineraries, facilitate travel and coordinate debrief meetings with interview teams.

Oversee relocation for all management level and central support employees as directed by recruiters.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to successfully multi-task and effectively prioritize work.

Highly organized and detailed-oriented; ability to be flexible and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.

Ability to perform web-based research.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and other related office equipment.

Excellent written/verbal communication.

Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

1- 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment or related environment.

Experience with an applicant tracking system required.
