What you’ll do: Administrative Support: All projects related to the Business Partner department and designated processes and projects. Data Analysis: You will analyze the talent lifecycle of coworkers to provide next steps and recommendations and action items. Off-boarding Experience: Conducts exit interviews for coworkers leaving the company. Job Description Creation: Work with cross-departments on job descriptions where updates are needed. Ad-hoc Projects: Assists in special projects or assignments to serve our coworkers and support the management directives of the company.
