Two years' relevant experience in a recruiting role. Experience with applicant tracking systems. Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Strong working knowledge of recruiting best practices, laws and regulations. Effective multi-tasking and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple searches and deliver a high level of service to internal clients. Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team environment. We are Purdue University Northwest, part of the internationally-respected Purdue University system and the fifth-largest public university in the state of Indiana On February 26, 2014, Purdue University announced a plan to unify the administration of the university’s two northwest Indiana campuses, Purdue Calumet and Purdue North Central. On July 18, 2014, the Purdue Board of Trustees approved Purdue University Northwest as the name of the unified Calumet and North Central campuses. Dr. Thomas Keon, Chancellor of Purdue Calumet, was appointed Chancellor-Designate of Purdue Northwest on November 20, 2015. Once unification is complete, Purdue Northwest will be a comprehensive university enrolling more than 15,000 students, employing more than 1,500 faculty and staff, and offering more than 70 graduate and undergraduate programs of study on two campuses.
