The position plays an integral role in achieving operational objectives. The individual will interface with campus leadership and manage all aspects of the human resources component. The individual will lead the department to comply with government regulations and to foster the values, achieve the goals and realize the mission of Sandpiper and Premier.

Able to monitor, track, trend, and maintain compliance with in house and web-based training

Minimum of Associate Degree
PHR preferred but not required
At least 5 years experience in human resources in a senior healthcare or senior living setting
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
