Work with a Staffing and Recruiting agency that works for you!The primary responsibility of the Recruiting Specialist/Project Coordinator is to recruit, interview and hire qualified Field Employees to ensure overall workforce optimization and to successfully build and manage a safe, stable, productive and skilled labor workforce.The Project Coordinator serves as a spokesperson. This person will be the first point of contact that potential Field Employees have with the company. This position requires the Project Coordinator to have a clear understanding of the mission, core values, business model and how the company establishes itself as the employer of choice in the construction market. The Project Coordinator builds quality relationships with field employees while meeting or exceeding recruitment goals.The Project Coordinator position has a shared purpose with all other positions in the Field Office to create and maintain a safety culture. For the Project Coordinator, this is achieved through the administration of a rigorous hiring process and by managing the safety of the workforce after the hire. This is executed through daily education, training and motivation to secure safety-related behaviors.Responsibilities: Work in a positive, fast-paced and goal oriented team environment throughout the entire recruitment, placement and sales process.Must be able to deliver exceptional, professional customer service.Recruit talent for multiple skill sets and positions on a daily basis.Develop and maintain relationships with recruited employees, clients and recruiting resources.Must have sales experience or have the ability to sell.Ability to establish priorities and work independently.Consistently exceed key performance indicators and follow a proven recipe for success.Effectively communicate with a wide range of people.Must be detail oriented, have the ability to multitask, and be calm under pressure.Use various online and local recruiting resources to source employees for large client base.Leverage technology, websites, social media and relationships to secure top-level talent.Manage administrative responsibilities which include online record keeping, database (CRM) record keeping and employment documents and files.Other duties as needed.Requirements: Must have solid years of recent and relevant experience.Ability to work with a construction type office environment.Proven experience in a professional environment.Ability to resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently.Must have sales experience or have the ability to sell; Must have positive attitude.Deliver the highest level of professionalism, customer service and satisfaction.Meet and exceed weekly goalsMonday through Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm, overtime as needed.Company DescriptionDON'T JUST LOOK FOR A JOB.
