u003Cpu003EProvides administrative and secretarial support for the Medical Director of The Breast Center, The Imaging Director of the Breast Center and the Administrative Director of the Breast Center. Position also provides support for medical staff members of the Breast Center Dept.. Is responsible for screening information and directing flow of information to appropriate personnel. Provides project support as needed. Works with all three Directors of the Breast Center with various projects for the department. Is responsible for scheduling meetings, notifying participants of changes in location or times, documenting minutes and distribution of minutes. Maintains outlook calendars, contact information and acts as a conduit for information. Projects an image of professionalism in communication, appearance and conduct. Performs other duties as assigned.
