We are currently looking for an HR and Payroll Manager for our Los Angeles office. This is an interesting opportunity for a well-versed and reliable individual with a degree in business administration and a major in HR. This position serves as the main Human Resources point of contact and reports directly to the CFO. JOB DESCRIPTION:This is a part-time position (20 hours)· Workforce planning and employment: Cooperate with recruiters; extend job offers; conduct back-ground checks; conduct new-employee orientations; handle E-2, H-1 B visa applications, interact with visa lawyers and provide information; conduct exit interviews· Workforce development: Monitor the performance evaluation program; rewrite job descriptions as necessary· Compensation administration: process payroll; process quarterly and annual reports to IRS and state agencies; process W-2’s and 1099’s; administrate garnishments; administer compensation and benefits; implement and annually update compensation program· Organizational management: Maintain department records and reports; participate in administrative staff meetings; maintain organizational charts and employee directory; handle labor disputes and guide department managers through employee issues; keep company compliant with federal, state and local labor laws and regulations· Training and development: Establish and maintain a training and development programEssential Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Major in HR· Minimum of 3 years of HR work experience· SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus· Knowledge of state and federal employment and labor laws· Knowledge of government compliance requirements· Outstanding communication skills· Ability to work independently and efficiently· Strong work ethic and trustworthiness· Excellent in relationship management· Fluent in EnglishIf you are interested in working in a successful team, please contact us by sending us your resume.Compensation: experience basedCOMPANY PROFILE:Vitrocsa USA
