SUMMARYResponsible for the Human Resource related tasks of the technicians at a local level.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Perform all onboarding tasks for the local team (i.e. administer in-house drug screens; organize applications for filing; collect new w4 and i9 forms; etc.)Report as the main point of contact for human resource related issues (i.e. 401k, benefits, garnishments, etc.)Complete Background checks for the local teamPerform administrative tasks as needed (i.e. answer main line phone calls, greet visitors, coordinate mail flow in and out of the office, manage supply inventory)Perform other tasks as neededQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
