Executive search firm that focuses on placing attorneys in corporations seeks fabulous individual with earth-shattering qualities. You know I’ve just described you if you are smart, great with details, friendly, possess a positive attitude, energetic, organized, great with research, have a “can-do” attitude, are tenacious, truly “care” about getting what is best for the candidate and the client, have strong computer skills, can interact with all levels of people, are great on the phone, love to take a project and run with it, have strong writing skills, can be creative, enjoy organizing, are a self-starter and don’t need much supervision, would love to grow with a company and create something cool.

Job duties:

Responsibilities include screening calls

Conducting internet and database research

Inputting information into the database

Managing calendars

Making travel, meeting and event arrangements

Preparing reports and financial data

Client and candidate relations

Assist with wide range of business development, marketing and social media activities

Oversee office, including general upkeep and maintenance of computer and office equipment, replenishing office supplies, software updates and integrations and dealing with vendors regarding same

Sending invoices, interfacing with bookkeeper, maintaining files

Ability to make cold calls would be an added plus.

Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required

Requires strong computer and Internet research skills

Must be able to work independently and exercise judgment but take direction when needed

Strong project management, attention to detail and organizational skills are essential

Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Sensitivity to confidential matters is required

Must be able to assimilate new concepts quickly

Must be friendly, flexible, solution-oriented, have a positive attitude, lots of energy, but calm demeanor

Preferred Background:

Previous experience working as a researcher, recruiting coordinator, or assistant for an executive search firm or talent acquisition executive

Experience supporting full life-cycle recruiting, preferably in the legal industry a plus

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or recruiting software a plus


Salary plus incentive compensation
