Polsinelli, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated associate for our Labor & Employment Department in our Denver office. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of experience in employment law involving both litigation and advice and counseling. A strong background in discrimination, retaliation and harassment law and wrongful discharge actions is important for this position as well as familiarity with wage and hour law, both state and federal. A background with commercial litigation will also be considered.
