Overview\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\rOur Compensation Analyst supports the thorough and accurate administration, design, and communication of multiple compensation programs and activities including: compensation compliance initiatives, incentive plan administration, performing internal/external marketplace analyses, annual increase processing, Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and Service Contract Act (SCA) administration, and other related programs. Our Compensation Analyst will serve as a resident expert on pay for performance practices and should use sound judgment to make recommendations in support of CCS compensation philosophy. Also assist the HRIS and Recruiting teams with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration, maintenance, and user support.\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\rQualifications\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\rEducation:Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.Experience:Three (3) to five (5) years of experience performing complex analytical work related to compensation and classification, including experience preparing financial impact analyses of wage determined SCA price adjustments and administering the terms of Collective Bargaining Agreements.Experience utilizing all forms of compensation research tools to include market data applications. Extraordinary ability to mine the internet for comp study data points including those specific to federal, state, local, and institutional data. Wildly familiar with theories, principles, and practices, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations governing human resources management, collective bargaining, and the McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act. Proficient user of all things Microsoft-Office, particularly Excel.Licenses/Certifications:None required.\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\rResponsibilities\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\rCoordinates job evaluation activities. Collects and analyzes occupational data, such as physical, mental, and training requirements of jobs and workers, and develops written summaries, such as job descriptions, job specifications, and lines of career movement.  Recommends pay grades, participates in compensation surveys, and performs associated analysis.Prepares market, internal, state, local, and industry analyses so as to allow leadership to recommend appropriate pricing of labor for client proposals.  Studies current organizational wage and salary data ensuring equitable compensation for all employees within the parameters of company resources.  Implements and audits adherence to compensation policies, procedures, and practices.  Reviews wage and salary adjustments for conformance to policy.  Utilizes developed occupational data to evaluate or improve methods and techniques for recruiting, selecting, promoting, evaluating, and training workers, and administration of related personnel programs.Manages and maintains the CCS management incentive bonus plan as well as all related applications.Possesses a robust working knowledge of the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act.  Conducts thorough analyses to determine financial impact of changes in wage determination rates and related benefits.  Coordinates efforts to implement wage determined changes.Administers and maintains compliance with the terms of Collective Bargaining Agreements.Assists with ATS administration, maintenance, and user support; ensures data alignment across all related applications; conducts audits and validation checks to ensure continuous data integrity; and assists with testing, implementation, communication, and testing of new functionality.Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations. Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.Must be able to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.Perform other duties as assigned.CCS is an EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disability Employer
