SeniorBridge Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Representative who shares our passion for finding the best talent possible to help senior citizens remain independent at home.

This individual should understand and enjoy the hunt involved in searching and identifying suitable candidates for hourly clinical and non-clinical openings with SeniorBridge Home Care. This is a remote work opportunity.

SeniorBridge is Humana's wholly-owned home care business acquired in 2012. We provide concierge care management, private duty nursing, and personal care assistance services to seniors.

Responsibilities

The Sourcer will provide our team of home care recruiters with research, talent pipelining and sourcing support to ensure they are able to hire the best talent and achieve outstanding business results and home care services.

Responsibilities include the following:

Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future openings.

Seek out both active and passive candidates.

Utilize both established and new or innovative strategies to generate interest in SeniorBridge positions.

Become an expert using our candidate relationship management database

The successful Talent Sourcer will be a quick learner, an effective problem-solver and an expert at managing time and prioritizing tasks.

Required Qualifications

2 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing, preferably in healthcare

Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRM systems

Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, CareerBuilder and ZipRecruiter

2 years of technical experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Experience with Boolean search

Experience using social media to source candidates

Experience with home health recruitment

Experience with working remotely at home
