Job Description:


This position will be responsible for providing support to the HRBP and Talent Management team working across several projects and programs. Will conduct research and collect data utilizing a variety of data sources to present information in support of department initiatives. Support department programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage the organization's talent pool.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide departmental reporting and assist in the creation of presentation materials utilizing tools such as workbooks, slide deck presentations and dashboards.

Create and develop effective departmental reports and spreadsheets.

Aid in the development and manage processes for data collection and reporting at the leadership level.

Conduct data review, research, and/or reconciliation.

Drive continuous improvement of existing processes, develop new processes or enhance existing processes where required.

Develop Talent Management process roadmap supporting Talent Management.

Identify resources that can be utilized to support business operations or improve existing business processes.

Analyze and provide insights on Talent Management and Business Partner reporting including divisional dashboards, diversity reporting and year over year Talent Management data.

Managing outside vendor relationships as well as vendor budget reporting and analysis.

Responsible for tracking, testing, and implementation of changes to department forms, processes, applications, and interfaces.

Design and coordinate professional development activities by collaborating with cross-functional HR teams to schedule logistics and support program initiatives.

Assist in the evaluation of program success including organizational effectiveness at integrating and retaining qualified employees.

Research, analyze and produce reports in support of increasing employee retention rates and identify employees who should be considered for advancement.

Plan management and team offsets to include agendas, location etc.

Serve as subject matter expertise for all Talent Management Systems and processes.

Manager, prepare and coordinate senior Talent Management agendas, travel and overall support as needed.

Assist with special projects as needed

Understand and adhere to the Companys risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Companys Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.

Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.

Complete other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related field and a minimum of 2 years related experience or in lieu of a degree a combined minimum of 6 years higher education and/or work experience including 2 years related experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.

Proficiency in Windows-based software. Experience with executive-level presentations and engaging with senior leadership.

Proven ability to manage multiple processes in a fast paced environment

Sound research skills, analytical ability and judgment.

Ability to work individually and as a member of a team.

Self-motivated, well-organized individual.

Ability to work under critical time constraints.

Ideal Qualifications Preferred:

Talent Management and/or other relevant HR experience Familiarity with:

Microsoft Access & Powerpoint
