We are currently seeking an experienced and versatile Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow our team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop recruiting systems and processes, partner with hiring managers to prepare job descriptions and timelines, conduct prospect outreach, coordinate interviews and hire amazing individuals who align with our mission, values and culture.

Work with hiring managers to drive the full recruiting process, from job description creation to offer acceptance. This applies to both technical and non-technical roles.

Track and measure recruiting metrics; make data informed decisions and improvements.
Manage recruiting vendors and tools, including ATS and relevant social profiles.
Work closely with the People Ops team to ensure a smooth transition and enjoyable candidate experience after offer letter acceptance
Strive to build a diverse team that maximizes fit with needed skills / experience

2 years of recruiting experience (both tech and non-tech roles) at a high-growth company.
An understanding of Lever ATS.
Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
Strong project management skills; data-driven and detail-oriented.

Experience recruiting for a small team and developing the systems / processes for growth at scale.
