\u003cp\u003eThe \u003cstrong\u003eGlobal Payroll Manager\u003c/strong\u003e will manage all aspects of the global Payroll operations (vendors, systems, processes and integration) with overall responsibility for driving timely, accurate, and compliant payrolls, streamlining processes, providing quality customer service, and implementing new country payrolls as needed, in accordance with local country laws and regulations.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eOversee the production of all weekly, monthly, and special compensation payroll runs.\u0026nbsp; Interpret pay policies (LOA, disability, worker\u0027s compensation, vacation, bonus, etc.) and ensure appropriate amounts/deductions are applied correctly to various earnings codes in compliance with all local, state, and country based laws.\u0026nbsp; Review and approve all payrolls.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform payroll analysis as required. Oversee and participate in pre- and post-payroll auditing/reconciling procedures and troubleshoot anomalies. Establish record keeping and control systems to provide internal safeguards.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eOwn the payroll and UTA vendor relationships with Ultimate Software and Celergo (international outsourced payroll provider) and ensure excellent payroll customer service.\u0026nbsp; Research and promptly resolve employee issues, requests and inquiries with regards to payroll and related issues.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStay abreast of current global Payroll regulations and legislative trends; recognizing opportunities for procedural improvements. Regularly evaluate payroll processes to recommend, develop and implement business/technology improvements and seek out areas of automation.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain communication with vendors regarding software updates and new products available to be able to initiate the use of new features/functionality. Coordinate systems needs with HRIS/Technology staff.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePartner with other areas in Human Resources, as well as Accounting, Tax, IT, and other departments as necessary for reporting, compliance and strategic analysis.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMonitor and oversee any and all internal and external audits.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist with ad hoc payroll projects as needed, as well as any ad hoc reporting, analysis, and reconciliation of people data as required.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThe successful candidate will have:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eBachelor degree in Accounting or related field required.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCertified Payroll Profession (CPP) certification preferred.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience with UltiPro a plus.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003c/ul\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThe successful candidate may also have:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eStrong knowledge of Global payroll related technology solutions and processes.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eAdvanced analytical and reporting skills.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong aptitude and proficiency in MS Office products; including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eHigh degree of confidentiality relative to all payroll information and employee privacy initiatives.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eFlexibility to work across multiple time zones.\u003c/li\u003e
