Human Resources (HR) Manager
Our client a leading financial services brokerage, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for supporting all HR functions for approximately 200 employees. This includes employee relations, performance management, compensation, EEO and labor law compliance, HRIS reporting, onboarding and terminations. The Human Resources Manager will also partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Manager act as liaison regarding benefits administration and negotiate and coordinate benefit offerings. A candidate for the Human Resources Manager should have at least 7 years of Generalist experience, with exposure to all HR disciplines. Experience developing and implementing HR policies is a must. The HR Manager will have one HR Coordinator reporting to them so managerial experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have industry experience in banking, financial services or real estate.
