We are seeking an exceptional talent to lead our high-performing team of HR technology professionals. You will be empowered to innovate the future of our HR technology strategy. You will collaborate with business leaders in design-thinking exercises so that we crystallize our talent technology priorities. You will prioritize simple & awesome user experiences designed to help employees work day easier. You will build deep partnerships with our HR leadership team and champion enthusiastic new ways technology can advance our employee experience.
Craft and maintain the overall HR technology strategic roadmap & priorities
Engage in philosophy discussions to the extent that technology can enable new business capabilities making proven recommendations & influencing HR leaders when appropriate
Develop deep & trusted partnership with other functional technology teams
Lead & coach your team through complex decision-making on technology solutions
Relationship and Team Management
Provide an enthusiastic interface between HR client groups and the HRIT team to ensure effective coordination and delivery of technology solutions
Establish and maintain positive relationships with HR COEs, HRBPs and other key partners
Provide mentorship, coaching & direction to the HRIT leadership team
Monitor and be responsible for the priorities and workload of overall HRIT team
Bachelor s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or related technical fields
15 years of experience in Corporate Technology or a similar function
Experience working with cross-functional partners and stakeholders at the executive level
People management experience
Experience with global / international company with employee populations across North America, Europe and Asia
Proven experience with HR SAAS implementations, vendor management and building custom solutions.
Strong personal and technical social skills
Experience with technologies including: Workday, ServiceNow, Jobvite, Cornerstone and Python.
Ability to collaborate with both non - technical and technical client community
Process orientation and project management skills, experience with multiple project methodologies including Agile / iterative development a plus
Strong ability to work with people in various cross - functional groups and departments such as IT, HR, Legal and other functions.
